A little help for Julie & Jim
Donation protected
My dear friend Julie is a stage IV cancer patient. Last week while another friend had driven Julie to her chemotherapy appointment, her and Jim's home was broken into, robbed and ransacked. They found Julie's spare keys and took her Toyota, Solara, as well as her jewelry, checks, passport, electronics and so much more. A sense of security tops the list. While they do have insurance, replacement of Julie's Toyota will not be possible without your help.
As you may imagine, battling cancer is a very expensive ordeal and Julie has been in the thick of cancer for the past 10 years, accumulating debt for medical expenses. A robbery on top of this diagnosis is a real difficult pill to swallow.
Please consider donating to Julie and Jim's relief fund. And share this with all of your friends. I've tried to get press coverage but to no avail. It's hard enough dealing with cancer, but to come home to a ransacked home and a missing vehicle can break a person's spirit.
I've set up this Go-fund-me page to help Julie and Jim hopefully find a new car and infuse their spirit with a little community love.
There is also a BECU account called "Friends of Jules" that I am happy to deposit your check to if you are not comfortable with this online donation.
Thank you very much!
