Ashley survived a stroke. That alone is a miracle. But surviving was just the first step. Now she lives with limited ability — she needs help with daily care, medications, therapy, and constant supervision. I would give anything to make her whole again, but since I can’t, I’m trying my best to give her comfort, dignity, and safety.
Here’s the honest truth: I know the economy is hard for everyone. I hate asking. But the reality is that Ashley’s needs don’t pause when money gets tight.
Right now, two things are pressing:
1. Her daily care — things like wipes, medications, positioning help, and small therapy tools that insurance won’t fully cover.
2. Our car — it’s broken down. Without it, I can’t get Ashley to her physical therapy, or her follow-up appointments. Missing even one appointment could set her recovery back.
I’m not asking for thousands from any one person. I’m asking: if you can round up your change, that small amount adds up. $5 helps buy wipes for the week. $20 with a uber. $50 gets us closer to a real repair.
No gift is too small. No kindness is wasted.
What your donation goes toward (even small ones):
$5–$10: incontinence supplies, wipes, or a meal for Ashley
$15–$25: medication co-pay or Uber to an appointment if car isn’t fixed yet
$50–$100: physical therapy tools or a tank of gas
$200–$500: car repair parts (we’ll share mechanic quote)
Any amount: will help me keep going.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I know every person who reads this has their own struggles right now. The fact that you stopped to read Ashley's story — that already means more than you know.
I will post updates here, including the mechanic's quote for the car repair and how Ashley is doing.
If you can’t give, I completely understand — times are hard. But if you can share this post or just keep Ashley in your thoughts, that means something too.
Thank you for reading. Thank you for caring. And thank you for helping me keep my daughter safe.
