Hi!

I'm a self employed individual in SF one of the most expensive cities ever to live in. I work full time by pet sitting and dog walking during the week day! At the beginning of Feb I was hit by a car while driving home on my scooter from a clients house. The man who is not from california ran a red light in a white Audi he had rented from Turo directly into me while I was on my scooter. The scooter no longer runs while the car was able to be driven away with minimal damage. Although I have hope that my insurance will help me out Turo's liability insurance has already denied my claim against them and every other avenue is taking a really long time. I've already been out of work for more then a month due to a broken bone in my foot I sustained from the accident . I need help getting a little car so I can back to work as soon as possible. As much as I would want to replace my little iconic scooter I'm more then a little traumatized and think getting a car is my best option. Those that know me can tell you I'm fiercely independent and would not ask for help if I didnt absolutely need it. Please help me get a car!!!
