A Lifetime Lost in Flames — Help My Parents & Their Animals Rebuild

In just a moment, everything changed.

What began as a peaceful Saturday quickly turned into tragedy for our family. My parents’ home — the place they built with love, filled with memories, and shared with their animals — was completely destroyed in a devastating house fire.

Everything is gone.

Their home is now unlivable. They walked away with only the clothes on their backs. There is no power. No running water. No shelter. No sense of normalcy left to hold onto.

By the grace of God, my parents and younger brother weren’t home when the fire broke out. I was able to get all the fur babies out safely, just in time — but the trauma has affected everyone, including the farm animals who no longer have access to clean water, as the well system depends on electricity.

We’re so incredibly grateful no lives were lost, but what lies ahead is overwhelming.

This home was their sanctuary — a place built over years of hard work, sacrifice, and love. And now they face starting completely over, with nothing.
