A lifeline for Russell's heart failure support
Donation protected
This fundraiser is organized by Betty Hill, mother-in-law of Russell Greene.
Russell was recently diagnosed with heart failure, a condition that has significantly impacted his health. Doctors advised that he can't work and needs to focus on treatment and recovery, which has created an immense emotional and financial burden for him, his wife (Rebecca), and their three children.
Since Russell is unable to work, the goal is to raise money to help cover essential costs including medical, prescriptions, household, and living expenses to provide a safety net for day-to-day needs, giving Russell the peace of mind to focus on getting better.
August 27, 2025, Russell is scheduled to have heart surgery. He's been wearing a cardiac vest since the beginning of July that will shock his heart if it were to stop. That has already been done once while he's been in the hospital. And he will continue to wear it until his heart gets stronger. We don't know how long that will be. Right now, at the age of 35, Russell's heart is only working at 25%.
Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a direct and meaningful impact on Russell's recovery. If you're unable to donate, please consider sharing & spreading the word; it is much appreciated.
Thank you for taking the time to read this story. Your support, prayers, and kindness mean the world.
