Never thought we would be here but life is unpredictable, creating this post for my grandpa — a proud Marine, the rock of our entire family, and one of the most selfless men you could ever meet. If you know him, you know he has always poured love, strength, and guidance into everyone around him. He’s the type of man who could meet you once and impact your life forever.

Last year, on his 60th birthday, our lives changed in an instant. He suffered a massive heart attack that left him with life-altering health challenges. He went from being the strongest, most active person we know to now being mostly bedridden and fully dependent on a wheelchair.

We’re hoping to raise $50,000 to purchase a reliable used wheelchair accessible van.

This is not just a vehicle — it’s a lifeline. It will allow us to give him the care, access, and mobility he desperately needs.

My grandpa has always been the first to help anyone in need. He has touched countless lives with his kindness, his guidance, and his strength.

It hurts us to be in a position where we have to ask for help, but for him, anything.
