Joe has fought this disease with incredible bravery, strength, and his trademark positivity. However, local conventional treatments are not enough. Travel & Transport: travel for Joe and Amy to reach the US facility.

Accommodation & Living Expenses: Extended stays near the medical facility for Joe and Amy during treatment cycles.
