My name is Gianni Rizzi, owner of a family restaurant business.

About two years ago, one of my employees was diagnosed with cancer. He has since completed treatment and worked hard to return to work. However, a few months ago, his doctor informed him that he is no longer able to work because the cancer has returned.

Unfortunately, he is not eligible to collect unemployment, and his disability compensation will not begin for another six months.

In addition to his health challenges, I am concerned that he and his family will face even greater financial hardship and struggle to keep up with medical expenses and other essential needs. I want to do what I can to help support them during this difficult time.
