The storm was building outside the Kit Kat Club. The Nazis were almost there. But inside a warm, charismatic young man was singing, dancing and distracting the patrons from what awaited... This emcee played by Tyrone Landers sang his heart out in Cabaret at the Laboratory Theater of Florida 10 years ago.

Since then Ty has been a beloved pirate on a cruise ship in Fort Myers entertaining local families and visitors. But this summer he was fired and forced to leave his beloved job and patrons. Ty was also forced to move his little mobile home that was kept on the Fort Myers Beach property near his former employer. With nowhere to go and little savings he called many businesses and friends until a spot of land was made available for him in east Lee County to live. This is a blessing that he has a place to live -but the area is rural and not located near any infrastructure creating a challenge since Ty does not have a vehicle and must rely on transportation services. He also has shared custody of a little girl named Nora whom he dotes on and a kitty named Angel. He is putting out applications for jobs around town for anything that is available. Ty has used most of his limited savings paying for human and cat food and keeping his lights on. He is open to any work and immediately available. In the meantime raising some money to keep him, his little girl's needs and his sweet kitty's needs met would be greatly appreciated and a gift beyond measure.
