After separating from my partner of 13 years and being laid off, I found myself facing one of the most difficult times of my life. The shock of the sudden change and loss of my job left me struggling with a very deep depression and I lost the drive that I once had. I fell behind on my bills with my mental health and lack of steady employment leaving me feeling broken and crushed. After building a great new group of folks for support, I've regained hope in my life and was recently able to find two jobs. I am finally back to a place where I can say I'm determined to get back on my feet and rebuild my life and take on life and the challenges ahead.

Right now, I need a financial boost to help me cover the basics though until I am earning a steady income again. The most urgent needs are my utility bill, groceries, and fuel to get to and from work. If possible, anything else beyond that with other overdue bills would be just amazing. My main focus is keeping the lights on, making sure my cat and I have food, and having enough gas for my commute. I hate that I have to ask right now with everyone hurting anymore, but help with getting over this last hurdle now that I am in a better place with my depression and grief to help me keep moving forward in anyway would be just amazing and I'm grateful for any little bit during this time.
