2 years ago, I been diagnosed with Kidney stage 4 disease, since then my life has changed completely. I live alone, and supporting my family back home, I’ve also been carrying the weight of my treatments, without sharing with my mom and dad. It hasn’t been easy—financially or emotionally.

I’ve been holding everything inside until recently, my health started affecting my immigration process, and I had no choice but to hire a lawyer. That added another big expense on top of everything else, and it has pushed me into an even tougher situation.
