A LIFE CHANGING SURGERY!Help Us Rebuild Our Lives After Mold

Hi, my name is Danielle, and I'm reaching out with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit.
Over the past 4+ years, our world has been turned upside down! Taken over by something we couldn’t see, but it devastated every part of our lives. We were unknowingly living in a home filled with toxic mold and mycotoxins. Over time, the constant exposure left both my son and I chronically ill and forced us to leave everything behind — all of our belongings and the life we once knew. A fire..without an actual fire. When my son recently made a comment that ‘he does not remember who I was before I got sick’ I knew I had to keep going and not give up!
The mold did not only take over the house but colonized in my body/nasal cavities affecting my pituitary gland and brain. It started with years of feeling like I had the flu and fever 24/7 and I developed severe nasal polyps that have taken away my ability to breathe through my nose, smell, or taste. Leaving me to battle with MCAS and CIRS. My dream is to breathe again! Our greatest gift and most primal life force is our breath.
Every day is a struggle — not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. My son, once full of energy and light, was also deeply affected. He developed PANDAS and the diagnoses of Lyme disease/co infections, conditions that are often triggered or worsened by environmental toxicity like mold. Watching him struggle while trying to manage my own health has been heartbreaking. Because of my health, I unfortunately have not been able to work. The financial toll of this journey has been a burden. We've had to turn to holistic treatments—our only real option—because mainstream medicine didn't recognize the full extent of our condition. These treatments have been helpful in ways, but they are incredibly expensive adding to the debt.
There is a life-changing surgery that could give me my health and life back. With an MD out of state who understands the complexity of mold illness and chronic inflammation, but it comes with a cost: $30,000. He has offered hope that it could dramatically improve my quality of life. Unfortunately, my insurance won’t cover it.
This surgery could allow me to breathe again — to live again — and to be the mother my son so desperately needs.
Your donation, no matter the amount, could help us take that first step towards fully healing and rebuilding.
If you can’t donate, please consider sharing our story. Every act of kindness helps bring us closer to health, hope, and a new beginning.
With love and gratitude,
Danielle
