Preserving history in song is a timeless tradition and has lasted eons. For nearly 30 years, I've been writing & performing songs about Pacific Canadian history, in an effort to preserve our unique heritage. I've also been collecting related media.

In January 2025, I launched https://stirringupghosts.ca/ and began posting the many songs and stories. I also began producing/hosting “songumentaries;” documentary shorts that place each song/story into historic perspective.

As I move forward in 2026, it’s my goal to further expand the Stirring Up Ghosts initiative. I’m looking to raise $7500. in “seed money” to help cover hard costs associated with music & video production & promotion.

I’ll also be applying for grants, seeking out partnerships in Heritage and sponsorships in Tourism to cover further expenses.
