Hi, my name is Mandi Clark, and I have the absolute joy of being Liam’s 1st-grade teacher. Liam is a bright, kind, and resilient little boy who always brings a smile to our classroom. However, he is facing a long and difficult medical journey that no child should have to endure.

Liam was born with a leg-length discrepancy, meaning one of his legs is significantly shorter than the other. To correct this, he needs a series of three complex leg-lengthening surgeries—the first of which is quickly approaching. His family will have to travel all the way to Columbus for these procedures, which will require weeks of recovery, follow-up visits, and extensive medical care.

This journey will place a significant financial strain on Liam’s family, including medical expenses, travel costs, and lost wages as they take time off to care for him. As someone who sees Liam’s strength and determination every day, I want to do everything I can to help ease this burden.

I am hosting an Egg My Yard fundraiser to raise funds, but I know not everyone is able to participate in that event. That’s why I’m also setting up this GoFundMe—for those who simply wish to donate and support Liam directly.
