Hi, my name is Georgia, and I’m raising funds to help cover expenses while I recover from a life-changing hip replacement surgery.
This surgery isn’t just about easing pain — it’s about reclaiming the life I’ve worked incredibly hard to rebuild after years of chaos, instability, and addiction.
I was born with congenital hip dysplasia and underwent 9–10 surgeries before the age of 3. I thought I had left those struggles in the past — but recently, the pain returned, stronger than ever. At work, I felt a deep, grinding, breath-stealing pain in my hips that stopped me in my tracks. Soon, even simple things — putting on socks, cleaning my tiny home, driving, or walking my dog — became too much to bear.
On top of that, I’ve been on a long and powerful journey of recovery from addiction. I successfully completed a 3-year probation and fought hard to create a life I could be proud of. I paid off debt, stayed sober, and found a job as a server where I’ve worked for 2.5 years. I built a peaceful life in a cozy tiny home near my parents, and I’m blessed with a sweet dog who’s my daily companion. My coworkers and bosses have been like a second family, supporting me through every storm.
Now I’m facing a new challenge: severe osteoarthritis in both hips, requiring surgery. The pain is constant. Work has become nearly impossible — and with it, so has keeping up with bills during my recovery.

How You Can Help
I’m asking for support to help cover living expenses, bills, and basic needs while I recover from surgery and focus on healing. Every donation, no matter how small, gives me the space to heal without falling behind — and brings me one step closer to returning to the life I’ve fought so hard to build.
If you’ve ever believed in second chances, in resilience, or in the strength of the human spirit — I hope you’ll consider helping me through this one.
Thank you for reading my story, and for being part of my next chapter.
With gratitude,
Georgia
