Matt lived his dream of creating a warm and loving home on the West Coast with his wife, Marisa McKay Tarantino, and their two young children, Callahan and Isla. Nothing brought him more joy than being a husband and father, embracing time with his children with playful energy, humor, unwavering love, pride, and immeasurable happiness.

A true outdoorsman, Matt loved being outside whenever he could—whether hiking at Fort Funston, running on the beach, playing soccer in the park, or anything in between. Over the past four years in San Francisco, Matt and Marisa created countless family traditions in Golden Gate Park, filling it with cherished memories.
