Hi, my name is Scott and to give you a little bit of a backstory unfortunately I lost my son on February 19, 2024 to suicide and that has been absolutely the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through. No parent should lose a child and now the men’s suicide rate is off the charts and I reckon we all need to do a little something to stop this and this is why I’m doing my little something and I call it a lap for Connor and I thought the best way of doing that is by bike packing and along the way I wanna have as many conversations to as many blokes as I can because if I can save one bloke for making that dreadful decision that I think my job is done so my lap around Australia is dedicated to every man that has ever thought or attempted suicide because I wanna be here to stop that well. At least contribute to stopping it anyway.The funds will be used to help me on my journey and if I reach my goal, there will be a nice donation to the black dog Institute
