A Landy for Camp!

Dear Campfire Friends,
Hi my name is Emi, did my FGASA at Camp in 2016 and as many of us, I keep on returning there.
Yeah I know, you must be like “why is she bothering us on a Sunday, Sunday is family time” …. Yeap, and talking about family, let’s talk about Campfire.
I’m coming to you today cause Cf needs help. The big Landy is dying, like really dying, now you can’t even turn it off otherwise people will have to push to start that monster again … and we all know how heavy the Landy is … So it’s getting really embarrassing to go to sightings when there are other game viewers.
I was there in May, talked to Tish and Brass and ask them what would be the best option: to fix the Landy or to buy another one, a second hand one. It appears that fixing the Landy will be as expensive as buying another one. So they would like to buy a new one, problem is money : it’s more or less 5000€ (5800$) for a decent second hand.
For now, we have fixed the baby Landy but it’s a temporary thing, as it’s busy dying as well.
I was tryng to find a solution, cause it's really frustrating when I realized that the solution is US! Campfire students and friends! Tish has trained so many of us, if we all gather together we can fundraise enough money to offer Campfire a new Landy! And I’m pretty sure we all agree on the fact that it would be a well deserved gift!
It’s not about giving each 100€ or 50€, it’s about giving what we can and rivers will become oceans

I know it might seem a lot of money, but once again, Tish has trained so many people, if we all share the campaign with our FGASA group or with other Campfire friends that we know, we will be able to make life easier for Tish, Brass and the future Campfire field guides!
It would be absolutely amazing to reach the goal and prove Campfire how much we all love them!
