Greetings! I am Kennedy Jackson, a third-year civil engineering scholar at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering. However, some may not know that this spring semester I have been blessed with the opportunity to participate in a campus-wide university scholarship pageant at FAMU. The organization overseeing the scholarship program and hosting the pageant promotes empowering underserved communities through service, as well as, demonstrating and encouraging academic and professional excellence through mentoring events, partnering with secondary schools, as well as educational webinars/workshops. As pageant day approaches, I look to you to assist me with raising the final fundraising benchmark of $1,500.
