⚽ A Kit and a Kip
We’re bringing two worlds together - a DJM football club here in Plymouth and a village in Uganda.
The Plymstock United Colts Girls are teaming up with Think People Think Story on a special project: A Kit and a Kip.
The idea is simple but powerful:
- A gift of a football kit for a Ugandan girls’ team ⚽
- A fundraising opportunity to provide children in their village with something so many of us take for granted - a mattress to sleep on ️
Every penny raised will go directly to buying mattresses, giving these children the chance to sleep well, dream big, and wake up ready for the day ahead.
A kids mattress costs £25 each, which includes a mosquito net.
A family mattress costs £45, which includes a mosquito net and a blanket.
This project is about more than football — it’s about compassion, community, and creating lasting connections. Together, we can make a difference.
