My husband was born with a rare condition called Prune Belly Syndrome. He has battled health issues all his life and has now advanced into stage 5 kidney disease and is in need of a kidney transplant. We also just found out that he also has a small hole in his heart and regurgitation in the right side of the heart. His heart issues have transpired from his fistula that he needs for dialysis. Myself and another member of our family will soon be tested as a potential kidney donor for him. Getting a transplant is not cheap or an easy task. He will be on 10-15 new medications, some being thousands of dollars after medical insurance per month, he also will not be able to return to work for at least 6 weeks post op. Any donations will be a great help towards medical costs and medications. We are also selling shirts as a way to raise money as well. If you are not in a position to donate please share!
