It's been a long, trying journey but we are on to phase ii...a kidney for Dylan. Dylan was born with a rare genetic disease  (ARPKD) which caused his kidneys to be filled with cyst that grew until they were solarge they began to kill him slowly pushing his vital organs smaller and smaller until they both were removed. He is on a special dialysis that keeps him alive filtering waste from his body everyday for hours at a time. Battling this disease , he has fought through brain surgeries, seizures and other life altering things to get a chance to live independent of dialysis...a kidney transplant. Please help with what you can to give his family a chance to cover the expense and celebrate the miracle of life.
