A kidney for Dan Brausch
If you have had the pleasure to meet Dan and Sarah Brausch, either through Christian fellowship or in a professional capacity, you are aware of their spirit of giving. This has certainly been our experience.
What started as a business relationship for us, turned into a friendship. And they are now like family.
To meet Dan, you would never know the trials he has been struggling with every day. He has always had a smile and a willingness to lend a helping hand. This has been true even while he has been fighting for his life.
Dan has been on a kidney transplant list for many years. As he waited, he was required to do peritoneal dialysis every evening for hours. But then on 2/13 of this year, Dan and Sarah received the call that would change their lives: They had an organ donor who was a match for Dan. They immediately left for Augusta, Georgia, where they would begin their new journey.
Dan has received the blessing of a kidney. But the personal expenses involved with this blessing are many. The medical bills, medications, and the hotel room for Dan to stay in Augusta for weekly appointments with doctors are adding up.
Your prayers are greatly needed and appreciated. Recognizing the need, we have set up this page to help relieve some of the financial burden, so that Dan can focus on healing. Anything you can give will be deeply appreciated.
Thank you.
