A Journey of Recovery: Help SANDEEP Rebuild after stroke

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

My name is Supraja Bhavanam and I am fund raising for my loving brother Sandeep.

We never imagine life can change in an instant, but for my loving brother DASARI SANDEEP REDDY, 31 years old (unmarried) who lives in Hyderabad (India) that’s exactly what happened on 26/05/2025. SANDEEP, a loving single boy in our family, a responsible son, a beautiful brother, a vibrant soul with a contagious laugh and sole bread winner-carrying the family with strength and heart suffered a devastating brain stroke that turned his world—and ours—upside down. What was once a life filled with fun, responsibility towards family and daily walks with his dog, bike rides, fun filled weekends with friends and a cool going life and brightening everyone’s day with his humor is now a courageous fight for recovery.

The stroke has left SANDEEP facing limited mobility, difficulty speaking and hard to eat and memory challenges, requiring extensive medical care, rehabilitation, and support. Each day, SANDEEP shows incredible strength, pushing through physical therapy, medical appointments, and the emotional weight of this new reality. But this journey is not one he can walk alone, and that’s why we’re reaching out to you.

The financial burden of stroke recovery is overwhelming. From hospital bills, Major Brain surgery (Left fronto-temporo-parietal decompression craniotomy), Thrombectomy, Intubation and ongoing therapy to specialized equipment and daily living expenses, a wheelchair-accessible ramp, speech therapy sessions, occupational therapy the costs are piling up. Our goal is to raise [$40,000] to help cover these expenses, giving SANDEEP the chance to focus on healing without the constant worry of financial strain.
