Dear Friend,
I'm Amina, reaching out today with a heartfelt plea for my fiancé, Rashid, a man of great strength, and a loving father who is bravely battling throat cancer.

Rashid, lives in Accra, Ghana, he is the proud father of two young sons and a beloved figure within his family. Despite his struggle, he continues to give love and kindness to all who know him.
In August 2021, our journey was clouded by Rashid's diagnosis of stage 3 throat cancer. Despite the cruel theft of his voice, we found a deeper connection, communicating through the silent language of hope. By November 2022, his condition progressed to stage 4.

Rashid's courage and resilience are nothing short of inspiring. In spite of the challenges, he underwent a 12-week radiation treatment and, on May 1, 2023, a total laryngectomy - the surgical removal of his voice box. We still dare to hope for better days.

Today, I ask for your assistance. We aim to raise $15,000 to aid Rashid's battle against cancer. Your donation will be meticulously allocated to cover:
- The cost of his recent laryngectomy surgery and hospital stay,
- Food for his feeding tube,
- Support for his two loving children,
- Rashid's ongoing necessary medical care.
The need is urgent and every cent is vital for Rashid continued care and to support his children's needs. Every donation, is deeply appreciated.
