A Journey of Hope: Hayitham's Quest for Evacuate & Education
Donation protected
My name is Hayitham, and I hail from Gaza, specifically from the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip. Our lives were turned upside down when our home was destroyed, forcing us to flee to Rafah, where we lived in a makeshift tent.
The conflict didn't spare us; soon, we had to move again, this time to Khan Yunis, as Rafah became a target in the relentless bombings during the 9-month-long war.
Amidst the chaos and devastation, I lost my job—a job that sustained my family and gave me hope for a better future. Despite the turmoil, I had been preparing myself to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science, fueled by a passion for technology and a dream of contributing to my community.
But the war shattered those dreams, putting everything on hold. After months of uncertainty and hardship, I reached a pivotal decision—I must seek opportunities abroad to continue my education and rebuild my life.
This isn't just about personal ambition; it's about resilience and the unwavering belief that education can pave the way for a brighter tomorrow, not just for me, but for my community. Therefore, I've embarked on a journey to raise funds.
- The travel costs through Ya Hala agency amount to $5,000 per person.
- Additionally, I need $2,000 for a suitable laptop for work and learning, and another $1,000 for essential supplies.
These resources are not just tools; they are lifelines that will enable me to resume my studies, contribute to society, and rebuild what was lost. Your support is more than a donation; it's an investment in hope and resilience.
Together, we can turn the page on hardship and write a new chapter of opportunity and growth.
Please consider joining me on this journey, where every contribution makes a difference in shaping a better future.
Thank you for believing in me and standing with me in this pursuit of education and a brighter tomorrow.
