Arrangements for our mother, Phillippa Brown

Hello everyone,

My name is Da’jahnea, and I'm reaching out to you with a heavy heart but hopeful spirit on behalf of my family. Recently, my mom suffered a significant stroke back in December of 2023. After waking up from a coma she transferred to a nursing home in Los Angeles, but continued being hospitalized for several complications like bleeding in her brain, her heart-stopping, and pneumonia. She was fighting so hard and had overcome so much but sadly passed away early morning Feb 24.

I am the oldest, a 21-year-old first-generation college student, currently studying 200 miles away without a car. My 20-year-old sister and I have to make fast arrangements as a cremation date will be made after Monday (Feb 26). Our other siblings are in High School, (17 and 18). My mom was a single mother with such a kind and sweet heart. She was someone who would always give and though it pains us that she's gone, she is finally at rest.

I am reaching out for your support in raising funds to secure proper funeral services for my mother. Your contributions will help cover the costs of her viewing, church service memorial, cremation as well as other cost for the Funeral preparations.
