Iara e Ivana, irmãs gémeas, e Carolina, unidas pela paixão pela ginástica desde os 4 anos, tornaram-se almas gémeas. O trio dedica a vida à ginástica aeróbica, uma linguagem do coração que as impulsiona.
Após incontáveis horas de treino, suor e dedicação, alcançaram o direito de representar Portugal no Campeonato Europeu de Ginástica Aeróbica, no longínquo Azerbaijão. A viagem, no entanto, é muito cara para as suas famílias, que enfrentam despesas com viagem, alojamento, equipamentos e taxas de inscrição.

Iara and Ivana, twin sisters, and Carolina, united by their passion for gymnastics since they were four, have become soulmates. The trio dedicates their lives to aerobic gymnastics, the language of their hearts that drives them.
After countless hours of training, sweat, and dedication, they earned the right to represent Portugal at the European Aerobic Gymnastics Championships in faraway Azerbaijan. The trip, however, is very expensive for their families, who face expenses for travel, lodging, equipment, and registration fees.
