Help a husband with a disabled Spouse stabilize finances.

This is honestly not an avenue I ever hoped to need to come here for, but like many families, things have gotten pretty dire.
---
TL;DR: I dont want a massive bail out. I just need help to stabilize and support a single income with a Disabled non-working spouse and three cats. Interest it making it difficult for us to do much except slide further into debt. I'm just trying to pull myself out of a hole so I can better take care of my spouse with already difficult health issues.
---
The situation:

I am a US naturalized citizen working a single job in the South of the USA, and I take care of a Disabled Spouse whom has little to no ability to work due to a multitude of health issues, autoimmune disorders and a lack of thyroid, and suffice to say the little government help we get is often not enough or penalized because of how policies and rules work. If anyone is on these programs you would likely understand.

It's not to say I dont have a good job, I do currently, but before I managed to land it I had two quit my two previous jobs to very hostile work environments just before and in the early part of the pandemic. Sadly during that time we built up either medical debts or debts because of increasing rent costs until I got my current work and we're still paying a lot of it off. I made several attempts to consolidate but that just made it worse as other unexpected expenses turned up. This year alone our well broke and needed $900 to repair to get water to the house again.

We also take care of three cats, a senior nearing end of life and two younger cats one of whom is at high risk of cancer. We do out best with what little we got. That said, somethings just make it difficult. Between insurance costs rising, food and energy.

The Debts:

Some of them are currently under a debt management program which has eased the growing interest rates, but we opted not to put all of our eggs in one basket just in case. We left ourselves with a Paypal Credit account and a Care Credit, both of which are used to manage emergency payments and medical payments for our Cats. And the interest had gotten to a point, we just cannot manage all of our bills and still afford food. Added to that our house is Gluten and Egg free again due to my spouses Health, an increased cost sadly to get specialized ingredients to avoid either.

The Paypal sits at around 1200 (50 payment with 35 as interest)

And the Care Credit sits around 2000 (75 payment with 50-60 as interest)

These are the two I would like to clear off to achieve at least a START on some stability before potentially either starving or not being able to afford either Electric, Cable or my Home.

The reason for the 5000 goal is simply because GoFundMe suggested it, but it's not an expectation. Yet right now I'll take all the help I can get from anyone willing to be generous. I just want to try and make things more comfortable for my spouse in a difficult living arrangement. Rest assured everything is going towards easing burden. And I'll post and show the receipts of any money from this being used towards a bill.

(No AI was used in the writing of this, you'll probably see spelling mistakes to prove that haha)
