Dearest friends,

I need a little financial help. I was riding a scooter (yes, I know the universal opinion of safety on these) home from the beach on a Sunday evening and got in a wreck. A car cut me off and in a moment of panic, I went right instead of left and hit a curb and flew off. I’m thankful to say I didn’t hit my head or break any bones. I have a sprained ankle (surgery tbd) and a nicely stitched laceration on my knee.

I have been out of work for ten days, thus far. I have a few hours of sick pay left and I am in the process of applying for partial disability aid. If I get approved, I’m not sure when that will come in.

Rent, and bills, aside from medical, are starting to get overwhelming. Anything and everything will help!
