Fargana, a Chicago, Illinois resident living with her mom and sister, has dedicated herself entirely to their caregiving and support.

The effects of the critical illness of both her mom and sister have caused a devastating financial situation for Fargana since she is the only earning member of the family and her disabled sister is yet to qualify for public health benefits due to her current immigration status. The inadequate fund that she allocated for survival has recently dried up.
