Everything we had… is gone.
In a matter of minutes, a fire took our home and everything inside it. Not just “things”—but our clothes, our memories, our sense of normal, our safety… our entire life. What the flames didn’t destroy, the smoke did. We are left with nothing but each other and the clothes on our backs.
We are starting over from absolute scratch.
If you know us, you know how hard it is for me to even write this. We have always been the ones to show up for others—the ones who open our home, give without hesitation, and help anyone who crosses our path. We’ve always believed in loving people loudly and showing up when it matters most.
But this time… we are the ones who need that same love in return.
As a mother, trying to stay strong for SJ while everything around us has been stripped away is one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced. There are no words for the feeling of watching your child lose everything they know in an instant. We are doing our best to hold it together, but the reality is—we need help.
We also want to give the deepest, most heartfelt thank you to our neighbors—real-life heroes. Without hesitation, they acted immediately, kicked down our door, and helped save our dogs. In the middle of chaos, they showed us what true community looks like, and we will never forget that.
And to the Nashville Fire Department—over 60 firefighters who showed up and fought to save what they could—Thank You will never be enough. Your bravery, your urgency, and your willingness to run toward danger is something we will forever be grateful for. You truly showed up for us in one of the darkest moments of our lives.
Right now, we are asking for help in any way possible—whether that’s a donation, sharing this page, or offering resources, guidance, love, and/or prayers. Nothing is too small. Every bit of support helps us take one step closer to rebuilding what we lost.
I don’t like asking. It goes against everything in me. But I am putting my pride aside because without our friends, family, and community… we won’t make it through this.
If you know my heart, you know I’ve always given whatever I could to others. Right now, I’m asking for that love to come back to us.
We’re not expecting anyone to carry this for us—just help us take the first steps forward.
Every dollar helps us take one step closer to stability again, and we are deeply grateful for any support.
From the bottom of my heart—thank you for seeing us, supporting us, and helping us find our way forward.
With love and gratitude,
Savannah, Ginna, & SJ.
