Hello!

I go by Megann or Bob, and am originally from Detroit.

I am a homeless student sustainable artist in San Diego, CA.

Life has been a very interesting role to navigate, with learning disabilities makes it an questionable experience among humans.

My freshmen year of university was on the Big Island at UH Hilo. I failed tremendously! But I will never forget the Disability Counselor crying for me as she said my high did not keep any adequate medical proof and was denied any/all accommodations. So I new it was out of my hands and not my fault.

For 19 years I have tried to redeem myself but never able to take lectures classes because of lack of accommodations. What halted me ever taking another lecture class again was being told my City College DSPS "If you are getting so distracted in class Megann you should get something like horse blinders to block your peripheral view." That ended my dreams to be the first to graduate in my family ever.

I moved to San Diego and after a couple years Covid, lost 4/5 jobs then finally the fifth. I had lost all by eggs to survive, and being homeless all doors closed to take care of oneself. I had to rethink and replan my life, and never been so low again.

I fought for accommodations, got tested for up to date medical documents and started at SD City College. Four years later and I am on my last semester. I LOVE ART! and with my slow turtle pace of only 2 lecture classes a semester, in Spring 2025 I WILL be graduation with 5 Associates and 7 Certificates ranging from Art, Film/Video and Sustainability.

Above all thought I got early acceptance to my school of choice. UH Hilo for Fall 2025!

I have no money! I live paycheck to paycheck! But I really need to do this for my mental health.

Overall I do Eco/Sustainable PSA's, short films and docs with the Mobits "puppets" and kids.

From shipping my van, personal items, myself, car maintenance/up keep (Hawaii is gonna be expensive, best to do much before), housing ( I WILL NOT be homeless!), meal plan and more!
