Hi my name is Virgil Grizzell I am reaching out to my community because I am seeking a safe permanent place to call home. As someone living with High-Functioning Autism and Tourette Syndrome my path has not been easy, and I am asking for your help to secure a modest home where I can live with dignity

For years, I have tried my hardest to maintain traditional employment. Unfortunately, I have faced significant hurdles. I have been let go from positions because my neurological symptoms were viewed as a "liability," and I recently had to leave a job at Walmart after being subjected to ableist harassment and slurs.

​Currently, I rely on SSI (Supplemental Security Income) While I am grateful for this support, the rising cost of rent makes it nearly impossible to find stable housing on a fixed income.

I know that buying a house is a huge ask. Every dollar raised will go directly toward buying and one of my childhood homes who a member of my family is selling for 20000 but does need some repairs mainly the roof from what I know of
