A Home for the Boesen Family

Please help us bring the Boesen's home for Christmas! 

Andrew and Mercedes came to us looking to purchase a piece of land. Their dream is to one day move a tiny home on to a rural piece of property and raise their children in a place they can run and play. 

Having lost their jobs in early 2020, the couple moved themselves and their two children in to a mobile home park to live in their 5th wheel. They are both working again and have started to save money. This experience has shown them that simple is better and that is the life they wish to continue living. However, being in mobile home park has had its share of struggles. The couple have received multiple violations for their kids being too noisy while playing outside in the neighborhood or at the pool. Then today they received an evection notice, giving them 10 DAYS to move out... meaning that they will be evicted on CHRISTMAS DAY! 

The couple have found a few pieces of land that they are interested in and the sellers would be willing to carry the loan for them. The only problem is that these seller's want 25% or more down and that is more money then this family has right now. The land that they are looking for is no more than $15,000, and they have a little money saved already. They are only short about $2000 as a down payment for purchase. 

Only raising $2000 would allow them to purchase the property and move but drain them of their savings completely. That is why we are searching for a Christmas Miracle! We are hoping to raise the money to cover the total cost of the land so that they could close before Christmas and before they are evicted. Please contract us with any questions.
