Hi, I’m Eva
For the past 8 years, I’ve been navigating life on my own. Without a family safety net, I’ve had to be my own biggest supporter, working two jobs and doing my absolute best to stay ahead. But as many of you know, when you’re a solo renter, the rising cost of bills often feels like it’s running faster than you can save.
I’m a hard worker and I’m not afraid of the grind, but the "property ladder" feels like it’s getting further away despite my best efforts. I’m not looking for a mansion—just a small, safe corner of the world that I can finally call mine.
Why this matters to me
Owning my first home isn't just about the bricks and mortar; it’s about stability. It’s about knowing I have a "forever home" after years of being on my own.
I have a huge space in my heart for a cat from a local shelter, but I’ve never been in a position (with tenancies and stability) to give one the home it deserves. My ultimate goal is to open my front door, be greeted by a rescue kitty, and finally live that "happily ever after" I’ve been working so hard for.
Thank you for reading my story and for being the family I don't have. It means the world to me.
With love and gratitude,
Eva
