A home for Lenwood & Pearl following a fire

My name is Beth and I’m fundraising for my sweet neighbors, Mr Lenwood and Mrs Pearl Ballard. On Saturday, September 24, 2022, they lost their home in a tragic fire. Pearl has been in dialysis for nearly a year, so thankfully they were not home when it took place, as he had taken her for treatment. They lost everything and did not have any homeowners insurance. He is 86 years old and she is 81 years old. She was born and raised on this street and they want to live out their lives on their land. We want to help! The beautiful thing about community is love in action, especially in times like this. They are temporarily staying with their son next-door. I am working with a mobile home company on pricing and trying to help them secure funding for a place to live. Everything helps and we greatly appreciate you sharing this campaign!
