A Heroic Service Animal in Desperate Need of Service!

My service dog was viciously attacked by a pit bull, suffering devastating injuries. She required emergency surgery to put her chest back together, but my baby is a fighter. I died twice in the past 2 years & she is what gets me through; please help me save her now.
