A hero in need of some help.

I'm trying to raise money to help support my brother in blue who was injured in the line of duty.

Justin who is a deputy with the Allegany County Sheriffs Office in Maryland sustained a serious shoulder injury while assisting Cumberland City Police Department in locating a suspect who fled on foot after a vehicle pursuit.

Justin was able to locate the suspect and was attacked by the suspect who caused the injury to Justin's shoulder. Justin had to fight the suspect who was attempting to disarm Justin for over three minutes while having no use of his left arm.

Justin is lucky to be alive, he told me the suspect had his weapon out of the holster several times but Justin was able to resecure his weapon and fight the suspect until backup arrived.

Justin has told me since he is not able work and take part in the overtime that Justin and most Law Enforcement Officers depend on to make ends meet, Justin will have to sell some of his personal property to get by until Justin can get back to work.

Justin and his girlfriend have a baby that will be arriving in January and will be losing more income once Justin's girlfriend goes on maternity leave. 

I feel this  is unacceptable, no officer should have to worry about how they're going to provide for their families while being injured. Justin's agency and local community are doing what they can to help Justin and his family in these trying times. 

So please if you are able, help Justin and his family out, any amount will be appreciated.
