A helping hand to our friend Mathieu Philippe

From all of us at International Reporting,  we are seeking to raise funds to help Mathieu Philippe, our co-worker, recover from a very difficult process as a victim of the latest floods in Gatineau.  As of April of this year,  Mathieu has not been able to move back in to his house.  The city of Gatineau has deemed his house a potential safety hazard.   It is still uncertain if he will lose his house entirely or if he even has the ability to move back in this summer.  It has been a very difficult process which seems to be a never ending limbo with the city authorities and the province.   In the meantime,  the least we can do is support our friend in any way that we can.  I urge you to contribute in any way, no matter how small of an amount.  Please do not tell him anything about this campaign.  This is meant to be a surprise from all of his peers.
