A helping hand for the Kalist family

My name is Danielle Stuart, and I am fundraising for my parents, Steve and Karla Kalist. My parents have been together on this journey of life just shy of 40 years. Along the way they became proud parents of 3, and doting Grandparents to 7. Through the good times and the hard times, there was always a strong foundation of love. So many memories made and so much love shared. My parents have always been the first ones in line to lend a helping hand to those they love, and I want them to know that they are not alone right now.

In October of 2021 my Mom, Karla, was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. She chose to fight. After Chemotherapy & radiation treatments she is now at a very vulnerable stage. My Mama is a strong Christian woman filled with determination, faith and hope. My rock, my shoulder, my best friend. Loves all her grand babies so fiercely. She spent her entire career caring for the elderly and gave her very best to those clients who she was led to spend their last days with. At this time she deserves nothing but the very best care we can possibly give her. During this difficult time, my Dad needs to take a leave of absence in order to properly care for his wife. He is an amazing husband, father, & Papa. My hope is to relieve any financial stress in the coming months. Any amount donated is appreciated so very much. Please keep my family in prayer.
