Dear family and friends,

I'm reaching out to your asking for you help in donating what your heart desires in helping our dear friend Sam. On Saturday ( 6/19/21), he suffered a severe motor vehicle accident causing him to have several fractures( 2 particularly on his neck) and some bleeding in his brain. After being in the hospital for a few days he is home now, on to a  recovery journey. As you all know medical bills can add up and be very  expensive. I ask for your kind hear to help donate whatever your heart desire to help Sam pay his bills and get back on his feet. May our Lord touch your heart tonight and bless your family.
