A Helping Hand for Hyacinth

Anyone who knows Loren should know he is who he is because of his mother and the sacrifices she made to make sure he and his siblings could be raised up as strong, loving, respectful young men.

Her passing on Friday, December 17, 2021 meant the loss of someone he admired greatly and who we all loved intensely.

In his own words:

"Just been at an incredible loss for words. Years spent "preparing" and grieving knowing THIS was inevitable yet these last months, weeks, moments continued to become harder to...deal with. Apart from the helplessness this disease pained you with, I can only hope those tears you cried just days before when I had the chance to see you--and had planned to visit in just a few weeks...I can only hope those were tears filled more with joy.

I can't think of a person I resemble more or who has influenced me more than you and can only hope to leave my loved ones with the lasting impressions that you have...a warm smile, a big heart, a prayerful soul...I'm convinced I owe so many of my strengths and blessings to you and you were always the biggest blessing of them all. "
