Denette Tharrington is a very special co-worker and friend who was recently diagnosed with cancer.  She has just started treatment through chemotherapy and is now on medical leave from work. We would like to ask for donations to help her and her family over the next few months until her disability benefits become active. 
She started at Community Health Centers as a Medical Scribe in January and soon became a favorite among all her co-workers. She comes to work everyday with a smile and positive attitude. It's hard not to follow her lead. She worked very hard to learn the ends and outs  of her new position and has become an asset to our Scribe Team and to the Santa Maria Way Clinic. We want to support her in any way that we can to give back for all the smiles and positivity she has given us.
