Hello friends and family. Pamela Burton (formerly Stegall) here. I am humbly asking for your help for a dear friend in need, Charles "Bubba" Stegall. Charles recently suffered a series of strokes that have left him partially paralyzed on one side of his body. He will be hospitalized for several weeks and has begun receiving grueling rehabilitation care daily. It is going to be a long process but the doctors are optimistic that he can get better over time and hopefully regain partial or full use of his limbs. If you know him as we do, you know that he is one of the hardest workers around, so if hard work is what it takes to turn this around, he can do this.

Charles is a master carpenter. He has worked hard his entire life. He makes his living with his hands and is unable to work at this time. I know that he, like many of us, depends on a weekly paycheck to survive. It is imperative that he focus on his recovery without the stress of looming bills.

I am hoping to raise enough funds to alleviate any anxiety in that regard so that he can focus on healing. Any amount donated will be greatly appreciated and will help him to cover his rent and utilities for the next couple of months.
