My name is Heather Johnson. I am one of Kimberly's daughters. We lost our mom Monday, December 29th, 2025. My sisters and I are lost and broken, trying to grieve together and be there for the kids who miss their Nana.

My mom was such a great mom in all that she did. She made sure that we always had what we needed growing up. We were all very close, and she wasn't just our mom; she was our best friend. We could talk about anything and everything. She loved with her whole heart, and family was everything to her.

We have had neighbors come to us with stories about our mom, how she took care of them and would bring food to her elderly neighbor and would go and talk to him. That's how she always was and will be remembered. She was with our dad for 40 years, and when we lost him, she said she lost her heart. We take comfort in knowing they are now together again. He was a truck driver, and our mom would go with him sometimes. She said it was the best time as they would sit and talk for hours.

Mom loved to garden and work in the yard. She loved plants and flowers. She also loved arts and crafts, crocheting, sewing, and whatever else new things she could make or repurpose. She is truly going to be missed, and we are just trying to process her loss.
