It is with a heavy heart to share our beloved brother Joseph “Joey” Martinez lost his battle with cancer this morning, April 3rd 2026. He chose to fight courageously in private as to not burden anyone. If you knew my brother, you knew he was the most loving, giving, and kind person to everyone that crossed his path. He grew up in Santa Maria, CA attending Oakley Elementary to Santa Maria High School. He volunteered as a coach in the community for many years, sharing his positive influence on our precious youth. This has been a hard and humbling time for us, and with that, I’d like to say the saying, “It takes a village” hits close to heart. We are trying to come together and honor Joey with the burial service he deserves. If you can find it in your heart to donate any amount, we would be forever grateful.
