Jay was someone who meant so much to so many people. His presence, his heart, and the memories he gave us will never be forgotten. He was an amazing son, friend and father. Jay was the kind of person who could make anyone laugh without even trying. Losing him has left an emptiness that I can’t put into words. We miss him so much! We will carry his memory with us always!

In honoring Jay’s wishes, he will be cremated. We are asking for help to cover cremation and memorial costs as we navigate this heartbreaking time we want to honor him in a way he deserved! Any contribution, whether financial or through sharing this page, truly means the world to us.
