It is with a heavy heart that we are announcing the passing of our beloved father Aleksandr Melnichuk. For anyone who has ever known him will agree that words cannot suffice how tremendous of a loss this is. He was a loving husband, caring father, beloved son and brother, remarkable uncle and loyal friend. He feared God and loved everyone around him. Anytime he entered a room you could expect to be noticed by him and laugh until your stomach hurt. The things he liked most was loud hearty fellowship with his family and church community.

About 5 years ago he was diagnosed with dementia which robbed him of his ability to speak, and severely affected his lively character. It was devastating to watch him melt away before our eyes. Though we knew this day would come, it is never easy to say goodbye. As we prepare for burial service we ask our family and friends to lift us up in prayer and whoever has it on their heart, to help with the funeral expenses. Thank you and God bless.
