A Heartbreaking Diagnosis
With heavy hearts, our family shares that Cher Simmerman (Snider) has been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. At just 59 years old, she has less than one year left with us. She is a loving wife of Bryan Simmerman of 35 years. She is the mother of six and a doting grandmother of 17, soon to be 18. She has dedicated her life to raising her family and putting others first. Now, in her final chapter, we wish to give back to her.
Final Wishes
As we process this heartbreaking news, we wish to make her remaining time as joyful and meaningful as possible. She has two final wishes that we would love to fulfill:
- One Last Trip to Indiana: She desperately wants to gather all her family together one last time. With family spread out in multiple states, this is not an easy task. She would love to hug them and create precious final memories that will last a lifetime. There are many photos to be taken and cherished.
- A Trip to the Redwoods: Cher has always dreamed of seeing the majestic Redwood trees. This is a journey she has longed for her entire life, a peaceful and beautiful experience she would love to have.
How your Donation will help
Cancer takes a toll both physically and financially. Funds collected on this GoFundMe will be used to help make these trips possible. It will also help to cover any expenses not covered by insurance.
